Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Motherwell is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing regulated weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Motherwell and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK law.

All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Motherwell are issued only following a thorough clinical assessment by one of our registered prescribers. A prescription will be issued solely at the prescriber's discretion based on the information you provide.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in inappropriate treatment and could be harmful to your health. We may decline or cancel an order if we believe it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for dispensing only via Pharmacy Weight Loss Motherwell and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment is taken upon order submission. If your order is subsequently declined by our prescriber on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued promptly. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or public holidays.
Medications will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided.
All packages are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging to protect your privacy.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidelines, as returned medicines cannot be safely restocked or reused.
If your order is declined on clinical grounds, a full refund will be processed automatically within 5 to 10 working days.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, contact 999 immediately or visit your nearest A&E department.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
